Shifting the body landscape from disease and stress to health requires multiple modalities and an ongoing exploration. In addition to using a health/healing practitioner, it’s critical to incorporate daily self care routines. In working with you, I hope to encourage self empowerment and awareness to make the best choices for yourself for optimum energy.
These methods of acupuncture, massage, yoga therapy, and others are not the only agents of change, but allow us to explore ourselves in the process. I have found that using acupuncture and massage in the treatment setting, and then suggesting a self care routine for home creates continuity between treatments.
