Visiting the Office
The initial office visit will be approximately one and a half hours and includes a new patient consultation and an acupuncture/massage treatment. During the first visit I will review your health history, present condition, and make recommendations.
Follow-up visits are approximately one hour long and includes treatment and review of your present health condition.

Payment:
Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered. Cash or checks are accepted.
Receipts are provided for submission to your insurance company for re-imbursement. Workers comp claims are accepted.
Cancellation policy:
All appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation charge. If a cancellation is made on the same day as your appointment, you will be charged half the cost of a regular appointment. While unavoidable emergencies do arise, the charge is necessary to compensate the clinic for your reserved time. Cancellations with no advance notice (no shows) will be charged the full amount of the regular office visit.
